Anchor is a habit tracking and behavior change support application. The Service includes:

• Habit tracking and check-in features
• Progress analytics and streak tracking
• AI coaching companion (Ezra)
• Anonymous community support
• Push notifications and reminders

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Anchor. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Scrape or collect data from other users

6. Community Guidelines

When posting in the community:

• Be respectful and supportive
• Keep content relevant to habit building and recovery
• Do not share personal contact information
• Report inappropriate content using the report feature
• Posts are anonymous, but we can trace them to accounts if needed for safety

7. AI Companion Disclaimer

Important: Ezra is an AI coaching tool, not a therapist or medical professional.

• Ezra does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Do not rely on Ezra for crisis intervention
• If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately
• Consult a licensed professional for mental health or addiction treatment

8. Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features require a premium subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Anchor are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (habits, notes, community posts)
• By posting, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as needed to operate the Service
• You represent that you own or have rights to content you post
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or the Service

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
